Welcome to CareLync. By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. CareLync is provided by LybotechGroup Pty Ltd.

Medical Disclaimer: CareLync is a tool for personal health tracking and informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have tracked in this application.

1. App Usage

CareLync is an offline-first tool designed to help you track your family's health data on your own device. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you input.

2. Data Ownership & Responsibility

Because CareLync stores your data only locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, theft, or deletion of the application. We strongly recommend using the built-in "Cloud Sync" feature to maintain your own backups in your private Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud storage.

3. Privacy & Offline Use

By using the app, you acknowledge that we do not collect your health data. Any sharing with family members or caregivers is facilitated locally through your own sharing actions. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

The "CareLync" name, logo, and design are trademarks of LybotechGroup Pty Ltd. You may use the application as intended for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

LybotechGroup Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to any medical emergencies or reliance on tracked health metrics.

6. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by deleting it from your device. Deletion of the app will permanently remove all data stored locally on your device.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of CareLync shall be handled in accordance with Australian law.
